Foam and Lattice Hybrid Slide
A smooth foam strap and footbed on top of a printed lattice midsole that shows on the side walls.
The idea
PFL-D03 is our hybrid slide. The strap and the top of the footbed are solid foam, so the foot touches a smooth, closed surface. Underneath, a printed lattice midsole does the cushioning and shows through the side walls.
It sits between a conventional foam slide and a fully printed one, combining the familiar feel of foam with a tunable printed midsole.

Why combine foam and lattice
A solid top is easier to clean and feels familiar, while a printed midsole can be tuned and keeps its shape differently from foam. The hybrid takes the familiar feel of foam on top and the tunable cushioning of a lattice underneath.
The trade-off
Air and water no longer pass through the footbed, and the part is no longer one piece: the foam and lattice must be bonded, which adds a seam that can separate over time.

Everyday and indoor use where a smooth footbed matters more than draining.

Care
Wipe the foam surfaces; rinse the midsole if sand gets into it and let it dry before storing. Keep away from strong heat, which can deform foam.
